Hi, I’m Harriet! I am a functional breathing coach, who passionately believes that health starts with the breath.

My work is grounded in the latest breathing science and research. I help people of all ages understand and reshape their breathing patterns, working directly with the nervous system to restore balance from the inside out.

Working across private sessions, groups and schools, I take a science-based, individual approach to breathing that fits into real life and creates real, lasting change. This isn't surface-level, it's practical, personalised and it works.

From children through to older adults, I help people who want to understand how better breathing can change how they feel and how they perform in life. I work with those rebuilding their breath after injury and I have a deep understanding of how hormones affect female breathing differently to male, from adolescence through to post-menopause.

My own journey into breathwork began over 25 years ago, when I experienced panic attacks and insomnia. Learning how to breathe properly restored my health in a way nothing else had. Years later, supporting my own children through challenges brought me back to breathwork and the impact was profound enough that I chose to train professionally.

I am trained in Conscious Breathing, the Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage and Aria Breath, bringing together proven techniques to support both physical and mental health.
