Hi, I’m Harriet! I am a functional breathing coach, who passionately believes that health starts with the breath.

I learned the transformative power that correct breathing holds for both physical and mental well-being over 25 years ago when I was going through a challenging time of panic attacks and insomnia.  A homeopath at the time re-taught me how we were born to breathe. Changing my everyday breathing patterns helped restore me to health.  

Pursuing a career in financial public relations, I didn’t think about breathing again until I had children.  Working with them, to overcome some of their life challenges, I rediscovered breathing as this powerful tool, that when harnessed correctly, can enhance our vitality, reduce stress, promote overall health and much more.

So profound were the changes I witnessed in bringing balance back to life through correct breathing; I decided to deepen my knowledge and trained as a coach in Conscious Breathing with Anders Olsson, alongside becoming an International Buteyko Breathing Method Practitioner and an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Coach, through training with Patrick McKeown.
